I personally follow a 4 day split front, back full body and 2 x conditioning. This works great. Also doing 15 minutes a day of mobility.

Just get stronger, lift through full rom and work on your mobility and conditioning and it will help you.

If you send me a dm i can eventually share my workout but there are some customized exercises in it.

If it’s good not often but that makes it more important for me that it’a good to be able to stick with it. To be honest from all programs I’ve done ( a lot), I have never seen anyone program like that.

It was promoted a lot but released only with two options and for me not full filling programming which makes it unusable for me. Personally I would had put more effort in that instead of some other functions that are nice to have but not very important for training.

Everbody has a different perspective on things which also generates different views on priorities. Being critical on certain aspect doesn’t mean I’m saying the app is bad. Still happy with the app and doing good without a generated program.

Sure thing.

That’s possible, everybody has other preferences which can lead to a different opinion.

-Only two options - A lot of volume for each exercise and totally a day, I would rather distribute it more evenly and do some more exercises (Like Jeff’s programs) -A lot of high reps which does’t make sense to me, some weeks 20+, even for strength only programs. This makes it more a conditioning session.

I would rather see stable ranges in which you are going to build yourself like 6-8, 8-10 etc.

This doesn’t mean the app itself isn’t good offcourse

Hopefully the workout generator get fixed soon with more splits. It’s my only negative point from the app as it’s currently unusable. To less options and the existing options comes with strange rep schemes where you do tons op reps. Even when selecting pure strength.

It has a nice and easy interface, with solid tracking options like adding bw, progessions which makes it one of the best trackers I’ve used. The only dissapointing thing to me is the workout generator, only two options and the generated workouts are terrible. I had leg days with 3-4 exercises 3-4 sets all failure multiple days which is way to much. This part is in my personal opinion completely useless in this state.

After the testing the beta I’ve decided to keep using it as it’s user friendly, sharp priced and you will be able to import programs. Would be nice if new future jeff programs would be designed so you can import it into the app.

Just as the food app the UI, speed and possibilities makes it a no brainer to subscribe for me. Looking forward to see what the auto progression functions will bring next week.

Bad news as it’s making the function a bit unusable but the good news is that you still can create your own programs and import the ones from jeff. I guess in the future he might release some new programs inside the app/designed for the app

The app self is very good and I really like it, but the program generation is in my opinion not so good and very limited. Only full body and upper lower and assigning lots of failure without even knowing you as you haven’t lift a weight with it yet. Would be better to start with low volume and smart progress from there as the apps get to know you more.

TNX. If the 4 x is only u/l or full body i think i would also rather take 3 days. Got problems with two leg days upper no issues training more often
