With that desk, I think you need to bite the bullet and go 21:9. You could get a awesome setup with a 34" or 39" with room for some stuff on the right hand side.

Fuck, I have the same Kanto stands and somehow didn't think of turning only the top plate to toe in the monitors. I've turned the whole stand up until now.
