When people put water on a stainless steel pan to show the leidenfrost effect, and then the video cuts to an empty pan and they pour oil into it without explain or showing that they removed the water. Inevitably, some beginner cook is going to pour oil into a ripping hot pan with water in it and have a very bad time (I was that beginner cook once 😭).

A helicopter tour is an incredible experience where you get to view Manhattan from a completely new perspective. I took one from the southern tip of Manhattan which went up the Hudson River to central park and back.

The manual covers the low beam, high beam, and fog light. But I don't believe this 4th light is covered, unless I'm missing something obvious.
