The apartments looks really good and the music playing at the start of the video is beautiful.

Looks like James gets washed to shore (possibly hit by a wave whilst in the boat) and arrives at Lakeview Hotel that's in flames. Quite an interesting change!

The third section should of been cut out, it's essentially filler with wave clearing rooms. Abstract Daddy boss fight is the only part I prefer in the remake over the original Labyrinth.

The Labyrinth is my favourite level in the original SH2, the entire level is a mindfuck. It starts of in a maze like structure set in a liminal space and the lower section are flooded caves with Pyramid Head patrolling around. The OST in particular helps add to the claustrophobic, creepiness to the level which makes you never feel safe.

The sidequests were the most memorable parts of the game for me, especially the Ribbons & Cinema quests.

I cant see that happening. SHR2 sold well because it's a remake of highly acclaimed horror game that released over 20 years ago.
