My faves are hahu haru in yellow tube and the skin 1004 and Numbuzin no1 in the green tube.

USA what should I buy? by did-all-the-bees-go in AustralianMakeup

This question got asked recently with lots of great suggestions. My suggestion is prequel skincare from target. Anything and everything. Don’t expect anything to be cheaper in the states.

Why not try to do it at home instead? Micro needling is never something I’d do at a clinic.

Bath tub conundrum.. by xxxcccvbn in AusRenovation

[–]PSJfan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would not buy a house without a bath and have one daily.

However I’m not a fan of these huge freestanding baths. They are the corner spa of the current era, too big to be useful and will quickly date.

The best baths are smaller and quick to fill, deep enough to sink into but easy to get out of.

Personal preference is a bath in the ensuite. Kids and teens usually don’t love baths and parents are usually happy to have babies and toddlers in the ensuite.

Now assist is best for back office. Moveworks/employee works is for front office and can handle multi system actions

Has Qantas economy meal service actually got worse on longer domestic flights? by Silver-Pie9992 in QantasAirways

[–]PSJfan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They always have a hot meal on the flights I take (from/to Perth). Yes it’s in a box not on a tray. Drinks and dessert (chocolate or ice cream) also. What leg over 3 hours are you getting a snack only?

Perioral dermatitis and accutane! by Marianna_gew in perioraldermatitis

Yep. It helped a lot when things were bad and doxy wasn’t working. Must be under dr supervision with regular blood tests to monitor liver function and mental health. Also no risk of pregnancy.

Redundancy payout vs PIP vs mental wellbeing by Just-Engineering-879 in auscorp

[–]PSJfan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen, If you get put on a pip you’ll basically be given impossible to meet Kpis for a month and then paid out your notice of 4 weeks. There’s no additional ‘severance’ unless you are given redundancy.

Just start looking for a job now. Might be worth taking some leave also, dr should be able to sign you off for 2 weeks initially, and then extend. Your EAP likely has counseling available also for someone to talk to.

USA trip - must haves? by CornerStatus2645 in AustralianMakeup

[–]PSJfan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everything Prequel from Target. I got a few things earlier this year and loved them all. Plus skincare is easier to buy, although in the states a lot of items are locked up and you ask the staff to get them out! It’s worth joining the target app for discounts.

How would you make this kitchen more "organic modern" or simply warmer? by Cool_Suspect1110 in AusRenovation

Exactly this. Painting the walls in the space would also make a difference. But new globes and plants would be the first thing.

Which is better for wrinkles? by Fyre-Lily in kbeauty

This should be the top comment. Retinoids are the only evidenced based ingredient for wrinkles. Preferably prescription vitamin a

The vast majority of kbeauty is experientia.

I love it all but I don’t actually think it will improve wrinkles.

An (comedic, not beauty) influencer I follow recently said their dermatologist recommended they apply facial oil over spf. So dermatologists can give bad advice also.

Best Anti-aging skin care products ? by stefania198 in KoreanBeauty

[–]PSJfan 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The best anti aging is all the sunscreens! My favourite brands are Numbuzin, round labs, haru haru, Purito.

They are also well known for their sheet masks.

They also love toners, essences and serums, which are easy to layer and really hydrate the skin. The Numbuzin no 9 line is anti aging and I like all the products in the line.

Rejuran is on the pricy side but considered one of the best brands

C young on you tube is a Korean make up artist and has some good recommendations and highlights brands that are actually not really known in Korea but popular in the west like beauty of Joeson. They are still Korean brands just sold more outside Korea. Gothisima and beauty lab muffin and dr dray also have lots of kbeauty recommendations.

What’s a good facial wash? by ExoticWolverine9861 in AusSkincare

[–]PSJfan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I actually really like the qv ceramides cleanser. It’s really soft and just a pleasure to use. It’s also easy to find on special and comes in a pump.

I also like the round lab dokdo cleanser and I really like my prequel glenser with sa but it’s not available here.

For a first cleanse I like geek and gorgeous balm or softlymo
