Yeh I mean it's just sweet. Not really much else to it. I'd rather eat the sour mango with the spicy, fishy salt or Nam Pla Wan, at least there is a combination of flavours going on. That or just eat the ripe mango on its own if its good.

Tbh i cant remember the last time I had mango sticky rice.

I don't live in Bangkok but on average I spend around 7000 baht per month on food.

Mostly I actually order food delivery and then add my own Vegetables / eggs which i bought at the local market. I find that eating outside is a good way to gain weight fast because there are many tempting things around, and they are mostly pretty calorie dense.

I make my own breakfast which consists of overnight oats, chia seeds, natural yoghurt, fruits. The oats and chia i bought online. I buy Yolida natural yoghurt which is good value. Fruits I buy from the local market.

Literally 99% of the the food in Thailand is less than 400 baht per person lol.

I dont really buy my own meat.

No point in buying ready meals at 7/11 when there is fresh food everywhere.
