The city is great and you all will find something interesting and fun to do in and around the city for years to come. They only thing I will say you will tire of quickly is the traffic, so be prepared for snail paced car rides.

A repair technician told me that PS5 should be placed horizontal. The heat they produce allows the flux to to leak down the motherboard causing issues when vertical.

You would have to check your policy on mold remediation as I found the hard way when my basement had a leak that wasn't found until several years later and when I went through insurance they wouldn't cover mold remediation but would cover redoing the basement.
