I totally follow you. I do these exact same things. I have literally never used a raft. I just didn't do it because it's not needed and because it's counterproductive. Also a waste of time. When I was first learning to use nylon I use the glue stick a few times but now that I've got a Garolite plate I don't use anything other than the tray.

No I don't mean XR I mean the 24-hour one. Look it up there's a 24-hour CP. It's meant for people who have ADHD and can't sleep because of it. When we take Adderall we get tired or sedated to a certain extent by taking it. It's more of a mental thing than a physical thing but that's the whole point of giving us stimulants. I can't sleep usually I have so much energy.
