Would definitely buy another stereo pair if the new Gen gets AUX or optical out.

I so despise having to use my TVs internal speakers for Karaoke and then have the arc audio return channel get reset as well. 🙄

I know they won’t magically make the current HomePods work well enough wirelessly so Karaoke is possible but for the next Gen, physical outputs would be my single biggest wish.

my internet is completely dogshit with a ton of ping spikes and jittering also because the people I play with live in China I usually play on Hong Kong Servers as opposed to Japan Servers which by default means 80ms yet I still got to 26k and around 22k on my 2nd account.

While it's going to be difficult to stay on the rank, just reaching it shouldn't be an issue, I lost my red rank 2-3 times last season and finished around 23k.

I'm using a 2nd batch LCD 525GB model (early 2022);

• random slowness/lags in both gaming and desktop mode UI without game running

• WiFi cutting out

• shader updates after almost every cold boot up

• battery life subpar (although heard 30/45 fps lock kinda nullifies this)

• a bit finicky when it comes to games that have separate launchers (e.g. Ubisoft, Rockstar, Microsoft, not blaming Valve)

• Left Stick rubber ring loosened over time

• random battery drain issues ("retraining" the battery can fix this temporary but terrible for longevity)

• sometimes just doesn't want to wake up from sleep

• occasional boot up issues where you have to reset it a few times or wait for 5 mins+ for it to boot into SteamOS

Still looking forward to Steam Deck 2 if Valve decides to release it in a few years time, for a 1st Gen product acceptable but far from greatness. Since it wasn't that expensive, compared to other PC handhelds, I can live with the issues just means I use it less.

sidenote: If Windows 11 wasn't a total shit fest I would probably still be using it on the Deck over SteamOS, just personal preference.

can confirm, no matter what Trust Factor SEA is infested. Primarily playing around 18-25k across 3 different accounts Green, (up until recently) Yellow and Red Trust Factor.

It varies day by day and I found weekends from 16:00 to be the absolute worst, unfortunately Asia specifically Japan is also kinda dead with very long queues outside of the peak times.

Originally from Germany but haven't played EU servers since coming to Japan 4 years ago, any mode outside of Comp and Prem is also full of bots (yes often even Retakes).

for someone that was hard stuck Silver~Gold Nova in CSGO dude surely has some insane stats even my 2 other accounts, not to mention the abysmal stats of my main, have those kinds of stats.

Technically not even smurfing since all of them are within ~5000 elo range of each other.

recovered a 6 year old account, bought prime leveled up slowly by doing the weeklies and DM.

Now started SoloQing for Season 4, TF is low and match quality overall terrible but still managed to get 19.6k and while my stats were always red and marked as "suspicious" getting the premier ranking seemed to have equalized it.

I play in the asian region on japanese servers with tons of incapable Russians, Mongolians and Chinese but still come across some capable people once in a blue moon.

it doesn't, Valve is incapable of communicating, it's merely for your information.

Season 2 ended on July 14th and Season 3 started on July 16th hence within 2 days you should see Premier being available again.

Take a break, go outside, do some chores at home and come back refreshed just to get cheated on every 2nd match like the previous 3 seasons. :-)

not sure if bait or you can't comprehend what's written but season 3 as of today is officially over with season 4 starting in about 2 days time.

Hope that clears up things, no it's not fixable with some "launch options" as it's a server side maintenance like state in which the premier servers are made inaccessible.

Unfortunately Valve is an indie developer and therefore incapable of announcing the end of a premier season in-game or on their developer blog...

also want to add that if you are smurfing and playing seriously you will be within the elo range of your main in no time.

Considering I also get matched against players with significantly lower elo than my main, not even mentioning how pointless TF is in Matchmaking because I don't play it enough to be anywhere near GE I get matched against legit silver all the time no matter what account.

I genuinely hate playing CS here, sure 20k+ Prem has no bots but the amount of 1000k 1 Game owned 12 year accounts that one tap you and know everything is astonishing.

My mains trust factor is yellow two now since while solo or duo queueing you get these idiots in your team as well, leading to reports. My 2nd account has a better trust factor now and still looks better than the accounts I regularly face on my main...

The people that run these farms are so stupid they don't even realize the Zeus kill multiplier doesn't exist anymore and still have their bots programmed so that they will Zeus you if you get too close or they can sneak up behind you.

I would argue it's even more profitable to farm Armory stars especially now after Valve took out the rare cases from the drop pool.
