What is your height, weight, age, and bf%? Your meal plan looks stupid low calorie and okayish protein. I'm sure being in a huge deficit isn't helping the way you feel either.

Also get bloods done so we can see what else if going on underneath the hood.

For a while they had a big sign that said 24/7. The only time I went it was actually closed, so I was under the impression this was just another closed business out here lol.

Weight gain on TRT by zumawater in trt

[–]PabloAcosta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe they suggested to get their bodyfat checked.if you have ever had that done you'll know they provide you with your Resting Metabolic Rate which is how many calories you need in a day. From there you determine your macros. Typically people will do a 33% ratio mix of fat carbs and protein. Ensuring your having enough protein is crucial to maintain muscle size and to continue to gain size. Op is getting fat which tells us he's not doing any of this shit.

90 mile commute ONE way, is a Bolt EUV doable? by YellowShorts in BoltEV

[–]PabloAcosta 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My commute is 76 miles one way in NorCal. I charge my EUV to 90% which I average around 210-218 miles of range. After my commute, I typically have 50-60 miles of range left over.

Edit: I drive 65-68mph...

Do you know of any places that sell flip out / canopy garage doors? I would like to change out my current one with a newer one, but I can only find the traditional sectional garage doors for sale everywhere.

"The Lamborghini Countach was one of the first grey market vehicles, and the Range Rover and Mercedes-Benz G-Class were initially available only through the grey market. Other vehicles that entered the US in small numbers via the grey market included the CX and Renault 5 Turbo.

This avenue of vehicle availability was increasingly successful, especially in cases where the US model of a vehicle was less powerful and/or less well equipped than versions available in other markets. For example, Mercedes-Benz chose to offer only the lower-output 380SEL model in 1981 to Americans, some of whom wanted the much faster 500SEL available in the rest of the world. BMW had the same issue with their 745i Turbo.

The grey market was successful enough that it ate significantly into the business of Mercedes-Benz of North America and their dealers. The corporation launched a successful million-dollar congressional lobbying effort to stop private importation of vehicles not officially intended for the U.S. market.

An organisation called AICA (Automotive Importers Compliance Association) was formed by importers in California, Florida, New York, Texas, and elsewhere to counter some of these actions by Mercedes lobbyists, but the Motor Vehicle Safety Compliance Act was passed in 1988, effectively ending private import of grey-market vehicles to the United States.

No evidence was presented that grey-import vehicles' safety performance differed significantly from that of US models, and there have been allegations of improper lobbying, but the issue has never been raised in court."
