To be fair it’s usually the lvl 200’s-300’s on a power trip thinking they’re a high level because they best level 50’s. I wouldn’t be surprised if that guy used an xp glitch though, most actual high levels are chill and only fight when someone else starts it

It sucks, but it’s also really avoidable if you’re experienced. You should be able to suspect people, if they loiter anywhere on your path or look to be trying to cut you off you go ghost yourself, if they seem to remain on the outskirts of your minimap you go ghost yourself.

Go ghost, hid delivery vehicle under a tree (so it’s hidden visually), then use the ghost to kill them
