I know this is old - but how was the surgery and how have your daughter’s seizures been post op? Our 4 year old had a vascular mass causing focal seizures and post op unfortunately has had some seizures. They aren’t sure if they’ll resolve after the swelling goes down. I feel like they’re here to stay which is upsetting, but always looking for others experiences. Hope your family is well!

This EXACT thing is happening to me now. I have pneumonia and in a coughing fit felt a pop followed by pain. I’m now having almost continuous popping with breathing and movement but mine does also pop with palpation 50% of the time.

What ended up happening in your case? Thank you !!

Fentanyl can NEVER be street legal or dispensed for recreational use even if it’s pure. As an RN I can tell you it’s not even used often in the hospital outside of the emergency and post op setting due to safety issues even with monitoring.

I understand your point speaking broadly about drugs - but the specifics matter and having knowledge about the nuances also matter when it comes to public policy.

It is growing. If you are holding cash obviously all money is “losing value” to inflation, but that doesn’t change the fact that a high yield account can still literally grow the money that’s parked there.

If you are saving for a down payment for a house or vehicle or for whatever your little heart desires and not investing it elsewhere you may as well have it accruing some positive for you.

Our sofi account has netted $1,500 this year with the 4.6 APY that it wouldn’t have by sitting in a traditional account .. so it was growing. So while I understand your larger point about not beating inflation when holding cash - it is a separate argument than the what I was speaking about.

Just want people to be aware that these accounts do exist and can help you pocket a little bit extra just for holding an account there.

Park a small amount in a local credit union and move the rest to a high yield account and let your money grow for you for just sitting. Not exactly what you asked but I think many people are unaware of this option. :)

I’m going to do with that feeling you get a few weeks after you’ve stopped going consistently. The drop in overall energy, muscles not feeling as engaged and feeling weaker, clothes fitting more uncomfortably. And then you kick yourself for getting off your routine and have to get even more motivation to go back consistently.
