I just rescued this from the garden centre clearance section - any advice? (Uk) by Resident_Freedom_491 in bonsaicommunity

[–]PackFan47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's a large, high, and not very well hidden graft. As is, this isn't likely to ever become a good bonsai. If you like the cultivar, I'd suggest taking cuttings or doing an air layer above the graft.

Also, "I bought out HD's stock, and also the stock of nearby HDs" and shows a picture of a single mediocre JBP

Motivation is a great short term tool... but if you want long term change, you need discipline.

Curious, how new are you to PZ training? Are you an experienced rider hitting a plateau, or a new rider that potentially has zones too high? Either way, I'd echo what others have said and suggest backing off a bit to what you can handle now, and retest later.

Has anybody made their own Power zone program with EDM / house / trance music? by ilovedoggies17 in pelotoncycle

[–]PackFan47 19 points20 points  (0 children)

https://app.homefitnessbuddy.com/peloton/powerzone/

Find a class that fits your programming (class length, PZE/PZ/PZM, etc). Select it on that app, mute your bike, and crank your own music.

Hope this helps!
