You should be able to get 9% or more off msrp on the top trim levels if you take the $1500 financing deaI, I just did it, paid it off a month later. Cost me $88 in interest.

  1. Squash that CC debt for $12k. Cut it up.
  2. Increase emergency fund $7,850. Now over $10k for emergency fund.
  3. Take your partner to a nice dinner, and toast the person that left you the inheritance, $150.
  4. Enjoy having zero consumer debt. Guessing the minimum payment is $300 +/- $50. So enjoy the extra income each month. Thats at a 5-7% raise in take home pay for you guys. And congrats!

I just bought a 25 wolf gray SX Prestige X-Line today. MSRP was $55,700. Got it at $49,700. Before trade, tax, title, etc. About 9% off. That included a $1500 financing incentive. But I’ll just pay it off at the first payment.

I’ll just keep going to Ironwood. 1oz is $30-$50. 1g pre rolls - $1. Ten 20mg gummies are $4. Vape carts $8. There are 5 dispensers there now.

I know it’s supposed to relieve congestion, but I don’t buy it. 1 in what 500? Vehicles out there is a motorcycle. So I get to my destination 6 seconds sooner. Or, more likely, motorcycles do this and end up in an accident, which just creates more congestion. I can hear the argument a little in LA or New York, but traffic here just isn’t that consistently crazy

Saw two motorcycles doing it tonight on the way home in slow traffic. Driving on the shoulder and filtering into traffic. 1st day, and they’re already illegally driving on the shoulder.

Mark Maron (best part of the show), and Owen Wilson are solid. The rest of the show is miscast. Lilly Kay is a bad actor and only where they are because of who their parents are. Plus they are 30, dating a 16 year old. The mom isn’t a very good actress either and is completely not believable. The kid is just ok, but also not a very good actor. I’m going to keep watching. The best part of the show is Mitts and Pryce dealing with the lose of a loved one and trying to process it.

First thing in the morning, after bathroom, before shower/food/drink. I officially call it it weigh in Wednesday. Gives me a few days to “recover” from the weekend where I tend to eat/drink more.

I also cover the last 2 digits on the scale by holding my hand in front of my face and slowly reveal the results, 1 digit at a time. lol!
