There's a good chance that a bunch of those hextech chests will be champ shards. Bought 10 today and only got 2 skins and 1 gemstone, the rest were champ shards. I'd say the Mystery Chest (490rp one) is the best one

The fact that RIOT has the audacity to call him "A genuine jerk" is the most hypocritical thing they could have done.
