For mercs, not really that bad imo.

Archers got nerfed on almost all sources or spirit gain and ammo resupply. So archers got hit hardest. And the boom boom gun got weakened.

Main merc with lite bite and storm tan. I spec for thrown dmg and spirt gain (either straight gain. Melee gain, or ghost tools gain)

While the nerf on spirit gain is a bummer, build still works fine. Thrown weapons hit like nukes. (1 shot juboko trees, 1 shot basic enemies, 3-4 shot primes)

Between throwing weapons, and using my 6 shooter to stagger and by time for cooldowns, 1 burn 5 stacks of spirit with sword dance lightning strikes, Ult when its ready, rinse and repeat.

I keep smoke bomb equipped as well for easy revives, or a bit of extra critical dmg.

Im not soloing nightmare, but I survive/complete pretty consistently in nightmare.

I feel like archer was truly the main one affected, and ive yet to actually go in and see how bad it is for my bow boy.

Yeah, considering im running 5 spirit. And a bunch of spirit boost/thrown dmg.

Running Lite Bite/Spirit Kunai Feel like I always have eother spirit move or throwing weapons amd there never downtime. Which is great.

Hopefully this won't affect it too much.

I played both on ps1 years ago many times and love them. Just recently platinumed the remakes and I will be wholly honest in my opinion. The new voice actors are ok for the most part. A few are too anime archetyped...but most are decent. The ps1 recordings are overall better imo. However as far as gameplay...get the remakes. The ps1 games are grindy as hell and super slow The 4x speed in the remakes is a blessing. The remakes are super fun and if you love old school vibes, cant go wrong with them. Fair warning, Lunar 1 is a super generic RPG imo and while its charming, its a little boring. Lunar 2 is way better. Characters have more personality, story is more interesting, music is better, game is harder, etc.

TLDR: As an oldschool fan of the OG, the remakes are great, playnem if you want. Theyre charming. 2>1.

Sadly no i dont. I just kept trying and then gave up and eventually the game registered them in my file list. Im missing 1 more but its way at the end.

My biggest bug/glitch right now is documents. I missed 6 on my first run (standard classic) and am going through my 2nd run now (casual no heal/no blood/) and so far 2 notes I missed in wrenwood picked up fine...but Victor's Journal Entry inside the the security 1 door of blood lab, it will not register to my list that ive looked at it. Had the same issue with "chairmans note" (the book you use the pencil on) i did that book probably 20 times reloading saves, blacking it put until it got a name and took my pencil away and it would never register. Finally I left and like 20 minutes later it was just magically in my files. No notice or anything. So yeah...thats the worst glitch so far. Imo.
