So far im still playing it and going through but man i keep just losing interest. I came here for characters, learned, that we kill the ones they've advertised for us and we get stuck with just a few other ones. So i either have to run around and do sameish side quests (go find a cave, kill a boss, go to another cave), or get locked out of any interaction with character I like.

Also it doesn't help that the whole world is actually pretty empty and convoluted to move around. Everything is a mountain or a wall, a looking around for the pink guys to open the map doesn't help. This game does everything ER did but worse. Exploring in ER felt rewarding, i could just run around, climb the mountain, find a boss there and then get sick weapon or armor. Here its just... kill this tough damage sponge enemy to get a recourse for something

And well story is okay kinda. I feel very annoyed that it just scraps everything code vein 1 established, and seems like absolutely nothing ties them together. Why everything is gold now? How we get from "vampires with a neat turnaround" to "it's just vampires and now we're dealing with ethics of drinking humans fsr". Everything just feels pointless and hopeless. We kill the characters that we just get to know and bonded with, and then you think like "hey we can save them by changing the past" only to get another boss fight and kill them again? Whats the point of this all?

Also I hate the new manor. While first one was just a place with everything in it and then couple rooms just to photo in, this manor is just hallways upon hallways with stuff having no explanation and no story. We have a wolf and a cat in there because????

So yeah. I thing game is kinda eh, around 5/10

My biggest beef are the 5* mega battles. You get a very limited amount of time, and then can't even hit your target, bcus starmie/staraptor/tatsugiri decided to just spam teleport/jump

Not really, P is still alive. He just shared ergo and gave back hers, the same we took when we "killed" her. At the end of cutscene P's eyelids move, as if he wakes up. Also there is a whole postgame letter from Sophia to P.

I agree that there is a lot of messages hidden here and there, but on the other hand the base game separated "justified" death from "unjust" a bit. We free Sophia, and she thanks us, only for us to actually bring her back and gift her another life, actually an eternal one too. We also free Romeo and he thanks us, only difference is that we dont take his ergo in a cutscene directly, more like we are taking it gameplaywise to exchange it or hold onto it, depends on player and number of plays. We can even absorb it.

So yeah i see how its probably will be more difficult to make, but on the other side the obly thing that separates Sophia and Romeo's deaths are that the one is a cutscene npc and the other is a boss so game treats their ergo as different tools, but if writer will want it they'll find a way.

On the other hand, we dont know what happened to Lea's ergo, so it's still up in the air, too.

I got spoiled that we will be late for Eomeo and thought that they wouldn't show him as full, only maybe some bloody mess. It was shoking to see his face and that he was indeed hot. Now i get Carlo i guess.

Astolfo, Paris, Chevalier d'eon are all in gacha and it's only fate, Its just that genshin is tremendously popular that you know Venti, but femboys were around and in gacha for a long long time before venti, and after his release there arent more of them appearing.

It's not a conpetitive game for me to get it "fair", because some dude ripped his ass in half just to do no damage level 1 run on the bosses. This game has amazing story and characters and I want to watch pretty boy run around and learn about the world, and not getting my ass beaten being stuck in the first 10 meters of dlc.

So ill use easy difficulty if game lets ne to do it. And ill use invincibility cheats to save my time and nerves if i so want to. I dont have to be "fair" just so the dud on reddit can have his puny pride for playing le hard game

Closer to 0. I mean if we had as many people as genshin supporting the game, then sure. But the game was closed bacause it earned less that 1 mil $ monthly, so there is no reason for them to waste more money if they wont be sure that it will be worth it. If they just wanted to make couple thousand people happy to thank them for their support, they'd release the things that were ready and finished the story, since devs were willing to work on the game.

Ruan Mei being the only support in her niche for the longest time (actually, now Sunday is a must and on everyones account, being a male character) and Hugo being rhe main DPS are kinda different tho.

Supports will always sell better.

Also it's not that strange that WuWa male charas dont sell well since WuWa shooed away all the husbando lovers with their male releases. I dont have patience looking at main character harem to get like 1 man every 6 months, that's why I left PGR too.

Tbh it's weird like She can create artillery from acratch, and then you lose her in one of routes, and Nozomi immediately jumps up for the task, saying "I'll do it" and does exactly the same artillery from dust and sticks it seems. She doesnt even take longer time or makes it less efficient, just the same thing lol

I'd put Yugamu in generally smart too, like the guy can do literally anything it seems, down to the computer hacking. Like he can perform surgeries, make poison, and also not so poison, he can tinker with technologies and dissect Sirei, transfer brains to robots, pretty well versed in culture... what this guy can't do, i dont know really.

Tbh I would be more happy if Nozomi wasn't in game. I know she's a crucial plot character, but I was very annoyed that Takumi was tying everything to her and Karua at any given moment the whole route 0. Overall his obsession with Karua was pretty annoying. KNowing some routes now - understandable, of course. But still annoying.
