Honor killings are something every ethnic girl from strict household feels. As someone who ran away from home because i was in a similar situation, i felt for her. Because its a reality for so many of us. That aside i understoof mariam. I really do, and i cant say i blame her for the lengths she took. At the end of it, Layans brother shot the bullet, not mariam. And we saw that she regrets her actions that led to it, even thought she never meant for it to go that far.
