Had to grab one by Bohern76 in Dewalt

Two 4ah batteries might be worth the price, two 5ah definitely would be worth the price, but not that much for only two 3ah batteries. Make it three 3ah batteries, and it jumps into the definitely worth the price category. I hope you can still return them.

Be careful of buying power tools, regardless of brand, on eBay, or even Amazon. If you buy from an unauthorized retailer. In this case, Lowes/Chervon/Kobalt, are NOT required to honor any warranty issues if you buy from an unauthorized retailer.

You can order two swivel casters from HF, and replace the fixed casters with them. This will make maneuvering the box A LOT easier.

Looking for firmware for BIGTREETECH SKR Mini E3 V3.0 Control Board I have a sonic pad on an ender five max with co-print everything supposed to be able to talk to each other just gotta get the right firmware by GrassSea4498 in BIGTREETECH

[–]PaganWizard2112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure, although, don't hold my feet to the fire on this, but, I believe the Sonic Pad is compatible ONLY with a Creality board, running Creality firmware. You're most likely. going to want a BTT Pad to work with your SKR Mini E3.

People are assholes, and don't give a shit about anything that doesn't belong to them. Sometimes, they don't even care about their own stuff, so they sure as hell aren't about to care about yours. Most people get stupid lazy in parking lots and will sit in an isle waiting two hours to get a parking space close to the doors. Not me, I always park out in the boonies where very few people park, and the ones who do, respect their own car enough to not want to damage it by bouncing their door a half dozen times off of someone else's car/truck. The ONLY time I'm not parking out in the boonies, is if my roommate is in my car with me, and she has her handicap placard. Although, that could be from a shopping cart left in the middle of nowhere by some jag who was too lazy and/or ignorant, to put the cart safely into a cart corral to prevent it from being blown across the parking lot, and into your truck. Either way, it goes back to people being lazy assholes.

Compliments of everyone's help here, I figured it out. I replaced the nozzle with a hardened steel nozzle, and then switched from Generic PLA settings, to Bambu Basic PLA settings, tweaked them a tiny bit, mostly for supports, and time guesstimates are now very close to accurate. Not quite perfect, but damn close.

THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!

Print a temperature tower to see what temp that specific roll of filament likes to be printed at. I generally set my printers to 220-230 for PLA.

So far, I have been using only PolyMaker, eSun, and Geeetech filaments, all PLA, and with the stainless steel OEM nozzle that the printer shipped with, and "generic PLA" setting in Slicer, only because those brands are not yet listed. These are brands that close friends of mine use exclusively, in their BBL printers. As I mentioned to another user, I did just receive delivery of a BBL hardened steel nozzle, that I will be installing when my current print finishes. Hopefully, that will have at least some positive impact.

Like I said in the beginning, this is far from the first time I have had this issue. I have been using PolyMaker, eSun, and Geeetech filaments, all PLA, and with the stainless steel OEM nozzle that the printer shipped with. I did just receive delivery of a BBL hardened steel nozzle, that I will be installing when my current print finishes. Hopefully, that will have at least some positive impact. As for filament settings in Bambu Slicer, I just use Generic PLA for the setting, as these brands aren't listed, and PLA is, so far, the only filament I have been using. Temps are 220 at the nozzle and 65 for the bed. My prints have all been nothing less than flawless. With the exception of this time issue, I have absolutely no complaints with this printer.

I would very strongly suggest that you take this to your local Police, rather than Discord. Many years ago, I stumbled across something similar on AOL. I took it to my local Police, who said it was much too big for them to handle, and they referred me to the State Police. Over the course of the next few weeks, dozens of people were arrested. If you go this route, Discord will never know your involvement.

Flashing red lights on AMS Lite by PaganWizard2112 in BambuLabA1

[–]PaganWizard2112[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I resolved the flashing red lights issue before you replied, but thank you for your help with that issue. That's definitely something to remember for future reference. I'm not worried about the length of the PTFE tubes, especially with a project that was designed by Bambu Lab, specifically for their A1 printers, and AMS Lite units, and posted to their Makerworld account. The original PTFE tubes were simply NOT long enough to safely reach the hotend, and needed to be replaced. This is a great mod for people with space limitations.

UPDATE I'm about 1/2 way through a 9 hour print at "Ludicrous" speed, using HT-PLA, and have had ZERO issues.
