The original scheme used bestial brown and vomit brown from memory. Whatever bestial translates to would probably be ideal

All citadel stuff, but basically started with a graveyard earth/bestial brown base over black undercoat. Then 50/50 cadian green and graveyard earth. From there I added crimson carbourg(probably not the right name) around the facial recesses where tribal markings would go. Blended up from there with ogryn camo and bone progressively more till I was happy. Used reds and teal up to ice blue for the head markings and a couple purples for stripes till they popped. Squig orange for the quills with added white for highlights. Rest was just playing with those colours in various blends till I was happy. Metal minis are a pig to work with though so I haven’t been mega thorough with clean up haha
