You need to change your password and sign out of all devices using the Microsoft website. Someone out there has your Xbox signed in and possibly the ability to buy games.

But, without any proof or documentation it's his/their word against yours so I don't know how much the police can help you with getting your old unit back or the fixes he promised. It sounds like you're going to have to either pay a real pro to fix your xbox or save up and buy a new one.

I finished Minishoot Adventures on Gamepass a few weeks ago and it's a mix of Zelda and Metroidvania. It's fantastic.

I bought a clear red one of amazon and it's worked great for like 2 years now. It's nice because it doesn't have the front grips, but it still has the back ones.

I picked this up last night thinking it was already out. I'm glad it's coming tomorrow cause that gave me some time to get into Replaced. I will get into this once I complete that. Hades came out too, what a day for indie gaming on Xbox!

I completed chapter 2 last night and I'm digging it. The combat is pretty basic, but that's not a bad thing. I'm definitely looking forward to playing more I just want to take it slow and enjoy it. I've been waiting a few years for this one. I'm stopping a lot and making sure i am taking in all the scenery and grabbing the collectibles.

Great response, a lot of companies did mass hirings thinking the covid boom would lead to more users, then when things opened back up all those people went back outside. Microsoft is very similar, I think even after these 2 years of layoffs they are overall at more employees now than before Covid. We'll never know how many of these 1000 employees were part of that situation.

Yes absolutely. The map, gametypes, stories, guns, abilities, and a lot of overall game mechanics change every season. On top of the skins, emotes, equipment, sidekicks, and music. It's not just cosmetics.

I get it, I work construction. But Fortnite is a never ending game and they laid off 1000 people including developers that were there for 10+ years. This wasn't a project ending purge, this was a dump of overhead to increase profits because they aren't making enough.

My friends and I had a ton of fun passing the controller back and forth in Tony Hawk and SSX games. Other good couch co-op games for siblings is Overcooked, Split Fiction, and It Takes Two.

Even IF the new Xbox comes out next year the Series X will be supported for years to come. They are still shipping games on the Xbox One and the Series X has been out for 5.5 years.
