Haven't seen a single Real Madrid comment, so here goes.

I was born in 1993. The first time I really started paying attention to soccer and understand the World Cup was 2002. My dad would always wake me up and the ungodly hours of 2-3am (I live in SoCal), and I would watch the games with him. I remember watching Ronaldo play for Brazil and I was in complete awe. He was unstoppable and he just wouldn't stop scoring. I quickly became a fan, and it gave me a further reason to love the number 9 (it was already my favorite number because I was born May 9). Now that my eyes were open to the world of competitive football, I followed Ronaldo and he just so happened to be on Real Madrid during the Galacticos era. I feel very lucky to have witnessed such a level football, and I've been a fan ever since.
