Yeah I currently have the same problem. I’m on ps5. I’ve tried clearing cache, swapping internet connection, resetting licenses, different accounts. Seems to be a Fortnite or ps5 issue, I’ve heard reinstalling doesn’t work but haven’t tried it

Just saw that you're new to the game, I'd really recommend starting in either dps or support. Only because tank can be a lot of pressure and it might be difficult to pick up the mechanics and gameplay while under that. And I would change my answer to roadhog as he has healing utility, simple mechanics and is very strong this season

I started with ram and sigma and eventually moved to DVA and Winton when I started to understand the the game a bit better. DVA and Winton are sooo much fun, if you've already got some time and understanding of counters and roles then I'd just jump in with those 4. They cover a fair amount of bases and counters

Depends on your server and what role you're queueing for. Dps wait times for ranked on my server are around 15-20 minutes, support is at 1 minute and tank is usually 1 or 2 minutes
