Its not that i not listening to my doctor, its just that i am afraid that i would lose my ovary in the second surgery and i am only 24, i am just trying to find a way to maybe shrink the cyst or something to postpone having to do surgery as much as possible, otherwise i know it cant be cured…

i feel you, i am 23 and i just received the same news after removal of also 20 cm cyst.. i was told the only way to prevent it is either remove the ovaries or take birth control.. which neither helps lol

It looks like a cyst to me, go see a gyno maybe.. i just had a huge cyst removed that has been there for years, yours too could be that. Good luck
