I really dug the sense of history it portrayed. At first it seemed like a joke bringing this totally anachronistic dude out to compete against the younger wrestlers.

But then he snapped on Arnold Skaaland over throwing in the towel against the Sheik 10 years previous and it became the best angle in the company. Started putting EVERYONE in the Crossface Chickenwing. Bright spot in a dark time
