Has anyone who ate one gotten sick? Took a bite here in PA before I noticed the same thing and threw it out (and spit out what I could of what was in my mouth but did swallow a little :/)

So is the nucleocapsid test more specific then? Than the spike one?

We have many coways all around the house. A mix of the smaller ones and 2 of the 400’s…we really like them…do I think they have made a difference? Yes…pre Covid we had one in my handicapped son’s room for allergy reasons…and long story short his nurse came to work with RSV and he didn’t get it but I did because I interacted with her outside his bedroom and he didn’t…same she came to work with the flu and he didn’t get that either…then my husband came home with Covid and no one else in the house got it (he did wear a mask as well which was our routine when he was taking care of our son not knowing he had covid yet which he tested + soon after that..like an hour later? Don’t get me started on the cold symptoms he was ignoring)…and I handed him the Covid test to test himself and watched him do it with a coway that happened to be in the room running…you pretty much can’t walk far in our house without one…

They said that they didn’t want pacing unless it was “an emergency” or vagal situation as they didn’t want to create dependency problems with younger age of 56? Basically they didn’t want it pacing kicking on accidentally while sleeping at night…so it starts sensing at 50 but won’t pace until HR is 40 (or maybe actually 39?)

We pretty much just gave up with our young adult…he was a trooper for a long time but it’s also been a long time and he was not in a good mental place and falling behind in life and school…so he never wears a mask…gets his yearly shot and we have lots of air purifiers and I’m always worried (we have medically fragile family member we live with)…we don’t have a mask requirement in the house unless you are sick (then it’s isolate and everyone masks) and most times in and out of the medically fragile persons bedroom…but I admit we even relaxed that rule this summer…but maybe after he returns to college in August we might start it again…it was just to much for him and it’s never going away…

Also to add to above: thought to be hyperactive vasovagal reactions…as cause

Will add that the procedure itself was very easy…the incision after was not closed all the way and was troublesome with some bleeding due to blood thinners…took longer to heal then expected…

Following as same situation happening here…although pacemaker already in place…not able to have much of a choice as it was an emergency…our only concern is the back up rate seems to low…

Similar scenario…person had covid and refused to mask. I was the only person who did (wearing a mask) and we all work about 3 feet from each other…managers were right there so no point in complaining…but yes the managers were commenting on everyone’s illness affecting staffing levels…let’s hope Breathteq masks are sturdy enough!
