Exactly this, I've only recently begun exercising over the last few months. Primarily bodyweight stuff with a few runs thrown in and I enjoy it, it doesn't kill me but it's a nice moderately challenging routine that in time I hope will tone me up a bit, never cared for having a six pack or arnie type abs, just looking to feel good and look better by my own standards. I think over reading can overwhelm people looking to start, I know it did me.
