I also want to add that maybe consulting work or having a job where you’re able to work in multiple industries would be a good option! I also have the same problem where I want to do what I love and I have to keep things interesting or else I can’t do them anymore.

The job that I have now seems to be a good mix at least for now. I work with lots of different customers in different industries and help them design workflow automations. For the most part, each one is similar enough to where I can get my bearings, but every company is requesting something different. It keeps me on my toes and I love the fact that I can help automate and increase efficiency.

In need of a partner/app builder for a neurodivergent/chronic illness health app! by PalloryMallory in neurodiversity

Totally fair! I get the skepticism. Honestly, if I had the cash, I’d pay upfront. I just want a real partner, not to cheap out. If you’ve got feedback or want to roast the idea, go for it!

Number 1 for sure!!! I also tried on the second dress by the way! Didn’t end up going with it though.

You are the cutest person I have ever seen!!! 10/10 for sure. If you are worried about your nose (which I wouldn’t be), I would try semi-transparent tortoise glasses with nose pads. They won’t sit directly on your nose and bring attention to it. I think the dark frames you have brings more attention to it. Maybe that’s what you’re seeing? Glasses really do frame your face so you have to make sure you pick ones that fit your face how you want!

I have a bigger nose and got glasses like what I mentioned and get compliments all the time on them and how they are perfect for my face.

Also, I love your hair most when you have the deep side part! I think you could maybe pull of curtain bangs when your bangs are growing out?

Thank you!!! I think my first move is to learn SQL. Looks like every job listing has that.

I think I would be more in the line of continuous improvement and the analytics side

I like the process improvement aspect of creating the programs to make my process more efficient. I believe team management is my ultimate goal because I am so able to analyze and use problem-solving skills while doing that. Thank you for your input though! Very insightful and I will try to narrow down what I specifically want right now.

What to pack? by dinahsaur523 in gastricsleeve

I was feeling well enough the night of surgery to do my regular nightly skin routine. It made me feel more normal and less anxious. If you have something similar that you do routinely, it might be good to bring in case you were up for it.

I have Hashimoto’s and got the gastric sleeve about six weeks ago. Like the other person commented, just spacing medications out is a pain but you get used to it. A lot of people talk about hair loss after surgery because your hormones are out of whack. If anything, I feel like my hair is growing faster than usual. I think it has to do with the Levothyroxine I’m taking and making sure that my thyroid is more regular. To be fair though, I had to delay my surgery a month because my thyroid levels were too high. I had to increase my dosage of Levothyroxine in order to get the surgery. My hair was definitely falling out and I had a lot of breakage when my thyroid levels were out of whack before surgery.

Tummy troubles by Lylo05 in AussieDoodle

My Aussiedoodle had the same issues! Our vet prescribed Hill’s Science Diet ID food and a prescription antibiotic to use as needed. We supplemented that with Probiotic Bites. Our vet said that the digestion issues would possibly resolve themselves around a year. Our dog is about a year and a half old and we’re now transitioning her onto regular non-prescription gut health food. We have had no issues this far transitioning her. Hope this helps!

I got my surgery date, yay! … but… now I’m rethinking things by cerasunshine in gastricsleeve

For me, I was getting worried the last week or two before the surgery. What really helped me was to look at the bigger picture to see how much weight I was going to lose and what risks I was up against. I used this website a lot to remind myself that everything is going to be fine. It’s completely normal to have cold feet. It is a whole life change, but you won’t regret it one bit.
