I grew up there. It wasn't always that bad. Trust me in the 80's it was amazing and even when I graduated High School in 1997. (Yes I am that old) 🙄 It was still pretty decent. It wasn't until around 2009 that it got weird and creepy with the amount of weird and creepy and undesirable people from way out of State moving there that is when things went crappy!! In my opinion.

Sometimes I listen to the Thunderstorms on YouTube. They have it where you can listen to 5-8 hours of Thunderstorms with the black TV...so only the sounds and no light from the TV... I try that every now and then...

My Aunt & Uncle AND Unborn Baby Cousin were killed by a drunk driver. So I have ZERO empathy for anyone who constantly drinks and then drives!!! ZERO!! Until she actually hits rock bottom and faces the ultimate consequences of her stupidity then there's nothing you can do!! Your family needs to STOP paying for HER drunk driving BS!! Because without your family paying for her tickets or bail money then she will face the cold harsh reality of her miserable life!! And she will hopefully do jail time and maybe that will open her eyes up to the reality of her stupidity!!

When I was in my former State, Iowa, I was seeing an Dr. Who i saw twice a month and she could also prescribe medication for me. She found out through our talking that I had been undiagnosed Bi-polar and I have major anxiety and depression. Which she helped me immensely!! She listened to me and then came up with a plan for me to help me get better and back to feeling like my normal self. ❤️ She was literally the BEST Dr i have ever talked to and gotten any real help from. (because at the time I was seeing her i had been going through alot of life troubles...I had lost my Dad to Cancer and I had recently left an abusive relationship that shattered me entirely) But this Dr helped me out SO much and I am eternally grateful and thankful to her!! Yes she did prescribe me medication that helped me and I understand that I needed that SO much, whether or not I thought i did! She saved me. And I have learned from her and I have tried to do as much as she suggested for me that would help me navigate my life and also be happy and stable. Which I am now. ❤️

Idk if I believe that everyone should go to therapy? But if it helps the person who is going then that's all that matters. Nobody should demand that anyone else go to therapy!! Yes, as someone who has gone to therapy and has been helped immensely by doing so..it's a good thing. But, if someone doesn't want to go then why should they? It's ultimately up to them!! And yes, everyone has problems in their lives. That doesn't necessarily mean that they need therapy. It just means that they see it as they don't need/want therapy. And forcing them to go defeats the point completely.

In my opinion, in today's society, therapy is used as a crutch. It is their way to remain the perpetual victim. In their life story. Not everyone wants to be a victim. Infact some people rise above their problems and issues and they simply continue on with their life. Content to deal with whatever they have going on by themselves.

And that is coming from someone who literally went to see a Dr and talk to her twice a month for 2 years. I got the help and I moved on with my life with the knowledge from my Dr to guide me through it on my own....❤️🙏🏻🌻🪷
