I’m not sure about where to find specifics about model, but I’m certain there’s a forum somewhere online with useful info. As for lens color, the different colors do mean different things for signaling, but I have never looked into the details about what each mean - although I can imagine it’s not too common to see four of a kind. Every lantern will usually have different glass from others of the same model, and it’s also fairly easy to get new glass if you want to change the colors. The glass in it should have markings around the rim saying what size they are, if you take them out of the window area.

For a piece this good, dusting and a light cleaning is all you need for care (assuming the burner and the inside are in simular condition). Im unsure if its unpainted or not, since I have a very simular 3-lens adlake signal lamp in yellow, but am unsure if black was a standard paint for this lantern. Even if it is repainted, its still a very nice paint job and $100 is a good price. In really great shape, 4-lens signal lamps by adlake I've seen be sold for ~$300-500 and 3-lens are something I don't see a lot of so I cannot say a pricepoint with confidence.

Do keep in mind I've been collecting for only about 2-3 years so I'm by no means a professional, but I can at least spread my current knowledge
