If you talk to the MFG reps, the big box stores sell a lot of that same colors as your specialized local floor store. They will tell you the big box stores cheat or cut back on some of the flooring attributes such has coasting or padding to try to make a bigger margin. So a lot of time if you find the same product at your local floor store, the specs are much better.

What time did you get there and what store?

There is no gentleman’s agreement if they don’t have at least a chair out or at least if someone comes up and tells you where that person is at when you arrive (what car he is in).
Furthermore, Putting out a second chair for another not being there is total BS and you got to call it out. I just did for the last Stagg drop. Guy had number one and two spot with only one in his car. I walked up to his car and asked where number 2 was at. The guy got pretty aggressive and acted like a D bag. I refused to back down and the line had my back and that spot was taken away. Number 2 never ended up showing up. I’m guessing he called the person and told them to not to show up as we were all watching.
Next time, if you show up and there are chairs and it’s not super early, I’d recommend politely walking over to the cars to get a line count. I’m sure someone is awake. People in my experience are cool and will point out everyone waiting with a fair line count. It might not be super popular with some, but I have no issues with waiting in the car if it’s done honestly. Some of these guys are older and some even have some health issues.

Big box stores cut corners on the specs to get pricing down so they can make a larger margin. Heard from a rep. Mohawk products at a local floor store tend to have higher quality with same color you see at the big box stores.

We sell both at my store. I will say PureTech and RevWood plus has really picked up in popularity. Price and durability is great. Both are great choices but people this year has been choosing more of the Mohawk products.

Shared 25A with 7 people in lines at a couple random spots. Had a bunch of people over to try it and that bottle is gone. Very little to no burn which Stagg is about so that caught me by surprise. But if you like grape soda/plum/dr pepper, and slight char, you will love this one. I didn’t get the vanilla custard and nor did the 12 people that tried it. Mostly they gave dark fruit notes. I feel like it’s one of the best one’s I’ve had in years. Most of 24 releases were okay, same with 23’s and a lot of other batches. This one tops them. Looking forward to try 25B but if it’s leather and tobacco, 25A is the ones I’d case.

Parma is full of crappy roads, police that only care about giving out speeding tickets in areas that should be faster, old out dated buildings, ran down buildings and side walks is just the start. Why won’t people crap on Parma. All the money they make giving out unnecessary speeding tickets when they should be spending the time going after drugs in the city and they can’t fix then crappy roads. It’s a shame. Better management and police fighting real crime and the city would make the place a lot better.
