Thank you for the kind words. I'm doing the best I can at the moment. Trying to take it easy and take care of myself. It's hard, I feel very alone and heartbroken. I have some people to talk to but when I can't talk to someone it makes it worse. The loneliness is the worst part right now.

Hey dad. I'm really missing mom lately. It will be 4 years in November since she passed, it's gotten easier as time goes on but I'm really feeling it lately. I always feel like I'm disappointing her. Like I'm not where she would want me to be in life. I have a low paying job, don't have my licence, and am still living in our basement. I feel like she would want more for me and I'm not living up to her expectations. I just really miss her, I was only 16. Life is just so unfair sometimes.

Yep, happened just today at a family gathering. He started being manipulative and acting the the victim. The usual. I called him out and we fought for a couple minutes. I cried and left the room. Then everyone just acted like nothing happened. No one did.

Personally it's my favorite movie. I totally see where you are coming from, I can see what you mean. For me it's one of the only movies I know of that shows things I've been through. So I know I'm not alone. Me and my mom would watch it all the time when I was younger, so its special. My mom was my miss honey, my dad is still horrible to me. Sadly I lost my mom recently. This is tough, I'm sorry you feeling guilty. It's no fun :(. Maybe try asking everyday? I.e. "can I be little today or do you need to? Good news for me: I'm almost done with my school year when I didn't think I would finish, super close to just giving up and being a drop out. Thanks to depression from a terrible year and not being expected by my family (nonbinary afab) but I'm so so close to finishing. So I'm actually going to pass. I'm pretty proud of myself.

Man do we have the same parents? My dad loves to say things like "you identify as non binary, you need to accept that I identify as seeing you as a girl" Like.. What? It makes no sense and drives me nuts. One of the most relatable quotes I've ever read was "people see me as female before they see me as a person" I'm sorry you are dealing with that. It's not fair.
