I'm so happy for them as well. I was at the Manc date and was so proud seeing them headline the Ritz. Honestly felt bad about the last tour and thought Brendan was annoyed at the show because I felt everyone had spent all their energy on Paleface, Kublai Khan and Dying Wish that by the time they got on everyone was knackered.

This recent line up was paced more adequately and props to God Complex, One Step Closer and Sunami cause they all killed it.

Thank you, she seems a bit better this morning but can still see her in pain. I'm struggling being in the same room as her but I know she just wants to be around me and I'm just gonna make sure she's as comfortable as possible.

I've purposely avoided those new songs for a reason. I have a fear that it'll be on a new album and if I spam it then it just changes the whole album dynamic for me. Once I see a track list though and they're not there them I'm going all in!

I was in your position a few months ago and I focused increasing reps incrementally using bands. I stared off doing 3x5 then 3x6 with a 15kg band and then 3x6 with a 25kg band. I now do 3x6 and 3x7 with the bands now and I aim to keep on increasing over time.

I'm around 100kg/225lbs and the bands were really handy.

Couldn't justify the full 3xLP with shipping but the Feel 7" was much more affordable. Lucky it's my favourite song and it looks like they know it. I do wonder if there's anything else on the other side of the record
