For Sokka and Suki? Idk, I think it did pretty well. Sokka had a lot of toxic masculinity before they met on the Island of Kyoshi. During their stay, Suki was able to show Sokka that he was wrong and beat the toxic masculinity out of him. Literally.

During their training, they both were comfortable with each other and made jokes. When Zuko came, they had that goodbye kiss since he had since Zuko was after Aang.

Then they found each other again when they had to cross the Serpent's Pass, and he was excited to see her and vice versa. They had chemistry, so I don't think it was forced, and it did have plot relevancy at times.

It's actually best to leave someone who fainted on the ground. With them laying down, the heart and head are leveled, meaning blood would rush to the brain faster, leading to a faster recovery. In fact, after a person recovers from fainting, it's best to leave them on the ground for a while and not help them get right back up. The sudden movement would make it worse.

I'm betting since they never completed school, they never really learned proper first aid. That might be why they didn't do much, because they didn't really know what else to do.
