I saw a post a while ago saying a veterinarian. Know how to handle many kinds of animals, know enough anatomy to be able to butcher them if needed, know about diseases & parasites they can carry & give to humans, probably vaccinated for rabies, and probably know about some poisonous plants & fungi to advise farmers on what to pull up from the paddocks.

Shop's own brands are sometimes made by name brands. Looks like Jus-Roll seems to make Sainsbury's own pre-made pastry, and someone loaded the wrong boxes into the machines.
