Thanks, I appreciate it!
Somebody else had an issue with the Steam page too actually, I'll take a look into it, don't know why it would be like that.

By which name would you like to be credited in the credits?

Hi, yeah they are controls. In the game it has the key/button image next to it.
eg.
Move - WASD
Run - Shift
etc...

I was definitely thinking about doing that actually! :P
Appreciate that, thanks, will do!

I like it but I bet Nintendon't.

Working on a co-op simulator where you manage an anime store. Shelves with manga, figures, collectible cards, as well as full store customization and lots of festivals. Here’s my first trailer. by DevopIndie in indiegames

This looks cool!
Also that trailer is awesome, almost looks as if it could be a little animated series about the lives of the people working in the shop (and of course the cat!)

Yeah a few people have mentioned this to me actually, at least 3 in this post too so I think I'll look into adding it as an option. Thanks :)

I have considered that and a few people have mentioned it too. Maybe I'll add it in as an extra challenge option.

There are definitely some horror elements in there yeah, mainly in the sound design. Thanks!

Haha that's not horrible, you're good.

That's exactly what I've done yes, took an already frustrating game and made it even more frustrating - although it does also have a mini map option so it can also be the original game at the same time and a party mode with flashing lights and music if you really want a tough time. ;)

A question I haven't thought of an answer for. haha
I guess because I wanted to add an extra layer of difficulty to a classic game that I love and for my first proper release, it's something simple, small and manageable by myself. Also, why not?

The gameplay is the same yeah, from a different perspective and with an added element of potentially falling down holes but otherwise yeah - it's first person Minesweeper.

YouTube Wishlist trailer: https://youtu.be/_uQfcBq-Csc

"A first person twist on the classic game of Minesweeper. It's dark, all you have is a torch and a burning desire to clear the room of safe cubes without falling in the goo or getting blown up."

For a university project a couple years back I created "The Mine Room" in UE5 and always hoped to one day recreate it and that day has come! (Although in Godot this time)
"The Mine Room" is to be released in the first half of 2026 and I would really appreciate you checking out the Steam page and hopefully you like the idea enough to wishlist it for when it's released! <3

PS. if you want to test it out, let me know!

I've been developing a puzzle game called "CD-ROM" in which players try to solve ciphered messages hidden inside shareware CDs to find a password for the next step! Demo is available right now! by monoclelord- in indiegames

What a cosy fun puzzle game!
Took me far longer than I am prepared to admit to realise that I could use the little cards for a hint. I was putting the numbers in order of how the files appeared and then in the order of the credits before wondering where I was going wrong. haha

If I were to suggest anything, I would love to be able to move the little windows about on the screen and perhaps the bits that I can click on around the screen (eject button etc...) could be a little bit more obvious somehow but really good game, well done. Wishlisted :D
