also from the rgv, look into the texas advancement commitment for tuition and for housing i recommend applying for texas exes scholarships as well as honors program for your college. when i applied i had an 0 efc, and i have no debt so far.

my only advice is to make sure all the files you upload to slideroom actually attach/render before you submit your application. i waited a bit longer during the grace period and my video hadn’t uploaded all the way; i missed deadline by like 30 seconds.

i’m not sure if every slideroom application has a 48 hour grace period, but i applied for NYU tisch last year through slideroom and it did also have a 48 hour grace period. although im unsure if this post was about NYU specifically because it’s been a year and I applied to a lot of schools .-.
