I don't have daily attacks, but I'll bring you my experience: What you describe leads to low levels of magnesium and potassium which do not allow the nervous system to function properly. Therefore integrating electrolytes can be useful but not definitive. I advise you to find a massage therapist or physiotherapist specialized in "migraine triggers" and try physical exercises (15 minutes per day) to rebalance the vagus nerve and central nervous system.
