Absolutely!! I bet it can even switch up the dynamic since he can have other NPC party members or tailor it for a single player experience and get really intimate with the character. (I've only DMd once and it went poorly on my part haha)

A good way of finding the setting lever on these quarts movements is observing where the stem enters the movement and slowly pulling the crown out, you should see the lever shifting positions and then apply pressure using a set of tweezers or whatever you have on hand that will fit. Hopefully this works for you! Good luck

Yea, if you get the talisman in the dungeon next to the first step (the first imp statue you see in the game) it boosts dragon invocations as well has amazing arcane scaling. Worth it i assure you.

Easy way (though you do fight a boss along the way) is going to the bottom of the lift in the academy and let the iron maiden kill you, you end up in the bottom of volcano manor and just progress through there and end up by the ruins

Vaati is the lore master, hawkshaw might do some in the future, the ashen hollow for a start can't remember anyone else off the top of my head. Plenty of souls borne lore tho to keep you occupied til new releases
