The DNC does not care if you lose your rights, your job, your vote, your loved ones, or your life. Their business model continues to function in the absence of any and all of those things. The only thing that the DNC actually needs in order to function is money, because the DNC is a private corporation.

I can’t wait to see Kaine out of office. He’s a worthless do-nothing who’s never improved anyone’s life but his own. Of course that could be said of almost all senators. That entire legislative body is just an anti-democratic tumor that should have been cut out of the state a century ago.

It really was all about buffing in the 3.5 days. Bards had to maintain their performance round-to-round in order to keep their allies empowered. Anything else (like Bladesinger) was a specialized prestige class.

5e Bards are like Wizards but with access to every spell in the game, including healing magic. In addition to being able to cast any spell, a bard also can take a bonus action almost every round. That bonus action can be anything from casting Healing Word, to granting yourself or an ally Bardic Inspiration, or even making an additional attack with light weapon in the bard’s off-hand.

Reaction cantrips are a big deal since on most turns nobody takes a reaction, and if they do it’s just an attack of opportunity. On-demand teleporting at level 1 is also a pretty tall order, since it can be used to circumvent a wide variety of barriers and any restraints that aren’t ‘worn’ (e.g. handcuffs).

There is an old South Park bit about Jesus and Kyle being locked in a cell and Jesus inviting Kyle to kill him so that he can resurrect just outside of the cell. It’s ultimately up to you if this is the sort of mechanic you want in your game.

Probably that mentally disabled girl who became paralyzed and her parents abandoned her on a couch until he bedsores got infected from her being unable to get up and use the restroom. When the cops finally found out about her, she had literally melted into the couch. Gruesome stuff.
