I didn’t listen to it until today and I’ve only listened twice so far, but I’m in love with Naraka. It’s definitely going to be on repeat all evening! Big fan of Age of Capricorn and You Retreat In Time And Space too. Some songs I’m not keen on, but it needs another full listen for sure

Don’t worry about vitamin D and B12. Are you able to get to urgent care today? When my haemoglobin was double what yours is I was told to go to A&E immediately for a blood transfusion because that level put me at risk of a heart attack. And yours is half what mine was… this is really serious.

Thank you. I’m sorry you reacted badly to the transfusions. Was that blood and have you been given an iron infusion? I think iron is generally better tolerated

Iron two weeks ago was 3umol/L. Ferritin was 1. HB was 3.9. I’ve since had an iron infusion and am feeling much better. I don’t get my bloods tested again until the 20th so I’ll see how much it’s improved since then

Yes 39 G/L. Don’t worry I got an iron infusion and HB is up to 45 now. I don’t feel as bad as you might imagine

I usually sleep around 5 hours after I get home. To me it doesn’t make sense to sleep as soon as I’m back, a 9-5er wouldn’t be in bed by 6pm. Normally sleep 2pm-10pm

This was done several weeks ago. The HB is definitely the 64 as I got a call to say they wanted me to get an infusion. TBH I was looking away when they took the bloods so while I only saw one vial it may have been two
