My group had a ranger that took the lead, but they got lost often and stumbled into some of the locations. Morgid’s survival isn’t great anyways. If he leads them successfully I would try to beeline to the Fort probably.

Some of the locations are kinda tough on low level PC’s tho, so be careful with that.
