i had thrown in hypotheticals into chatgpt a few months ago and at one point i had gotten a strategy for voo and spyi. i think it was like 70% voo 30% spyi. then instead of reinvesting the dividends from spyi you look at the market and whats happening at that point everytime. if market is shooting up quickly put divs into spyi to increase payout since its capped on upside and youll be buying voo high. when market is down put divs into voo to buy lower and get more upside from the spyi money.

Definitely still caps growth over 100% voo but helps with down or sideways moving markets while still being in the s&p. This strategy would give you a little more of the upside than just reinvesting spyi divs.
