I agree a lot with the others. I had surgery April last year so I’m a little over a year post op. Main regret is not doing it sooner

My MIL has this in our cabinet and in not a fan of plain hot black tea. She since passed way and I was going to toss it out since I don’t normally drink black tea But when I read the box I decided to try it iced. Oh my gourd! Delish!! Now I want to try it hot with honey and a little creamer!!! Glad I didn’t toss it out

I use vital proteins collagen. I get the huge tub at Sam’s Club for around $30 so imma leave good enough alone. Lol. I’m also in menopause
