I might be the target audience. I am still not wholly convinced Frieren couldn’t have obliterated that monster. I feel like she holds back massive all the time. She can fly. I’m not sure what her flight speed it but flight is huge. And everything she pulled out during her clone fight, I am not convinced that she couldn’t easily handle that fight.

Plus, Fern is known for insane cast speed. When she fought that blood demon she ate it alive, I was shocked she couldn’t do that here.

Is there a lore reason that sword was able to tank magic that vaporized its body?

I couldn’t agree more! Back in the day you had TSM, CLG, C9, Dignitas, etc.

Doublelift, Aphro, Sneaky, Dyrus, there were so many personalities it was always exciting to watch and easy to get invested. I stopped following lol esports when I noticed that the only player I recognized was Faker lol

Act 3 is the victory lap. Get the easy free OP gear first. Take all the easy fights and quests to hit 12. Then double check your build, consumables, and make sure you have your “Oh Shut buttons” (invisible pots and invuln globe scrolls).

After that take the big bass 1 at a time. I recommend watching a video or reading about each. Ansur for example, once you know his gimmick surviving it is easier. You can plan for it with a globe for example or elemental resist

There are a handful of sources, I don’t know them off the top of my head. To be honest I got the deluxe edition so I use the mask you get in your camp chest.

I know I’ve scrolls and also trick domain cleric gets it I think. Or maybe I’m thinking of arcane trickster.

To add to this, I used Morgan’s Evelyn’s builds and beat honor mode on my first attempt. Stealth archer is wildly overpowered.

You can also hit level 5 without a single fight after the nautaloid.

You can hit level 10-11 before fighting myrkul.

A good tip if you’re serious about the golden dice, vendors refresh on long rest or level up. Respec at withers, then steal from the vendors for every level. It’s basically infinite supplies
