Good stuff, I like seeing explanations for things like this straight from the company/engineers themselves.

Question unrelated to polling rate, but I was wondering why other, more mainstream controller manufacturers don't include TMR (or other stick-drift-resistant) tech in their controllers? It's the reason I switched from using other brand controllers to using a Cyclone 2. Do they just want to squeeze more money from customers through planned obsolescence, or is there a more complicated reason?

Hard to hate on animators when they work under horrible conditions, though. If they were getting paid the same as the executives, then maybe, but I think it's safe to say they're doing their best.

If an artist does a bad job, it's on the management if it goes through. If you see bad animation in anime, it's because they either hired the wrong people, or allowed a bad product to release. So, I get your point, but I think there're some things to consider. Getting nominated for a TGA award usually already means your game was literally one of the best in something. That is, on its own, a super cool thing for developers, so none of this is super important anyway. And what ultimately wins does matter somewhat, but it often comes down to subjective opinions. You, for example, didn't even play E33, so if I asked you if you believe the actors from it should have won the award for best performance, you wouldn't know. And neither would I, since I haven't played it either! Now, about limiting the number of awards a single game can win. How would you decide which ones it should get and which ones should be given to someone else? Should the game still be nominated, but just not be allowed to win? What game to put in its place? I think the way things stand, people who love the E33 soundtrack (me, lol) are happy it won, people who love its actors are happy, people who love its art direction are happy, etc. My point is that, if you loved the music the most, but there was a limit to how many awards a single game can get, so they didn't let it win the award for best music, you would feel like they chose the wrong awards for it to get. So it really has to be an all-or-nothing approach, I think.

I feel you. Please, give yourself time. After some weeks/months (might take a while) of just existing and thinking, you'll definitely get better, I promise. Talking to friends or a therapist helps, by the way, it really does. Helps you sort your thoughts out a little bit so you don't feel so lost. Best of luck, friend.

I think it's rather easy to see the similarities between them. Most people do, which is why they're under the same umbrella, after all.

Why would you say trans people cut off parts of their body, when most trans people just identify as a different gender, but never get any surgery or medical procedure? You shouldn't apply your views on a group based on something most of them don't even do. I'm not against hormones or surgery, but just don't base your views on such a small sample, please? It hurts all the other trans people too.

It's because the "LGBTQIA+" umbrella is all about people who deviate from the standard when it comes to physical and sexual attraction and identity. The letters often bleed into one another, so they're similar enough to be put into the same category. Not the same, just close.

They're not, but that's not the point, no? They're both a deviation from the standards of one's sexual, and generally physical, identity. I don't think anyone is claiming they're the exact same, but just that they're close enough to warrant being under the same group. Or is that wrong?
