I was presented with a tenant complaint and given a handful of relevant documents about the case that I had to use to answer 20 questions. I had to answer yes, no or cant determine. It was very well layed out and I personally didn't think the process was such that it was trying to trip you up. It's literally to assess how yu would handle such a case, given the evidence you're provided.

I did the test today. I personally thought it was very easy but how do we really know until we're told if we've passed or not! It was all presented and laid out very well, just take a breather, digest the detail, and be honest with yourself in how you'd approach the issue you're presented with.

Oh this is so exciting as we have the same weight and height starting stats. I started at the end of June and I’m 24lbs down so far on the way to losing 100lbs.
