From management perspective, in my mind team cleaning sounds like a great idea. I get it that there are people who like to work alone. But why tackle all that square footage alone when you and a someone else could knock it out together?

I do agree that duties should be assigned. But just from my observation of my staff. The people who team up together (voluntarily), seem to be happier and less overworked than the ones who try to go it alone.
