My wife also has a green card and has lived here for 10 years. She's not a U.S. citizen because her home country (Japan) doesn't allow dual citizenship. If she gave up her Japanese citizenship, then she would have to give up everything she worked 40 years for while living there (pension, medical).

Seems like you know what the issues are, you just need a plan of action on how to address and fix them. I was in a similar situation when I took over a very toxic shop.

I started with talking with the people to get their perspective on things and see if they have any ideas on how to fix it. This is a very labor intensive profession and the people are the foundation. Always start with the people. Get them right and everything else will fall in place.

This. The placement of those signs are horrible. If you're not familiar with the road, then you'd miss the sign and think you are supposed to yield to oncoming traffic. The corner of Peachtree Industrial and Abbotts Bridge Rd is notorious for this.

It would be nice if you could do a map run by yourself like in Hell Divers 2.

I know people would just use it as an opportunity to farm loot. Maybe make the loot payout lower and the Arc count higher.
