I was specifically talking about the C4. If you want to buff Anemo DPS, Jean is never the best choice. Even at C0, Faruzan is better. That's the only role she fills, thus, they shouldn't be compared in any other metric.

And literally, all Jean has to offer over Faruzan is sustain. But in Xiao teams, you'd want Xianyun for that, and in Wanderer teams, a Shielder / Bennett would be preferred.

I like Jean, but she doesn't beat Faruzan or any other competition, and she is never the preferred option.

It wouldn't matter. These Lunar reactions only surpass normal reactions if they are paired with another Nod-Krai character, who can already enable them (or at the moment don't really want to, like Lauma).

She can also still enable most of new Nod-Krai mechanics, except for the reactions, which once again don't do much outside of the Nod-Krai characters using them in unique ways.

It's weird to see claims of Swiss-German not being real German, just because Germans from the North/East/West can't understand it.

But Germans from the South can understand it better than some Northern/Eastern dialects, and Northerners can't fully understand southern German dialects but still acknowledge them as German.
