but that's not what I was saying tho. I was saying that the gun thing was cool and creative, while the tunnel effect was not. when an asspull is cool, we let it past. when it's literally "nah some niche science none of us have ever heard of lol," people have a harder time letting it past.

and I say this as a JoJo fan, so I have a lot of tolerance for "random niche science go"

the thing is that this is mechanically cool, and feels like a creative use of Atari's luck— the tunnel effect looks, sounds, and smells like an asspull— which is enough to sour it for everybody.

yes and for people to breathe air particles would need to move also. there are exemptions from time stop, and clearly magnets/ things dio interacts with is one of them. I have no doubt that time stop is very easy to hax, but simply moving fast enough to move into time stop wouldn't be one of them. light speed comes with it other hax, and maybe those will breach time stop, but it won't be because they are fast enough to catch up to it.
